Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Feather Rally. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using Feather Rally ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rallyup.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Feather Rally is a platform for organizing and joining badminton sessions. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not post false information, harass other users, or disrupt sessions.
Session hosts set their own rules, fees, and cancellation policies. Feather Rally is not responsible for disputes between hosts and participants. We strongly encourage all parties to communicate clearly before and after confirming a booking.
Any fees charged for sessions are collected by the host or through third-party payment processors. Feather Rally does not process payments directly and is not liable for payment disputes. Refund eligibility is determined by the host's stated cancellation policy.
You may not: (a) impersonate any person or entity; (b) use the Service for commercial solicitation unrelated to badminton; (c) upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; or (e) use automated tools to scrape or interact with the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Feather Rally are the property of Feather Rally or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Feather Rally does not guarantee the accuracy of session listings, the conduct of hosts or participants, or the availability of the Service at any given time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feather Rally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
